Refunds & Returns Policy
Due to hygiene reasons, earrings and perfume items are non-refundable. All other items must be returned to us within 14 days of the order date. Return postage must be paid by the customer and is non-refundable.
Please note that all returned items must meet the following conditions:
- They must be unwashed and unworn, with the original labels attached.
- They should not have any make-up, fake tan, or other marks on them.
- They must not have been washed or have any smell of washing products, perfume, smoke, etc.
We recommend returning items through Royal Mail with proof of postage. We will not issue refunds for items that are not received back to us or are lost in transit. We suggest using a trackable service for this reason. Janes Market Online reserves the right to reject items that do not comply with the above guidelines. If this is the case, the package will be returned to the customer.
A refund will be issued once we receive the returned item. If you require a different size or color, please place a new order to keep things simple.
To start the return process, please enclose a note within your parcel with the following details: your name, address, and the reason for the return.
If it is more convenient, you can bring the item back to the stand outside Primark in Bexleyheath, where a refund will be issued at the same time.
